API Connections provides users with an intuitive, streamlined experience to access, purchase, and connect APIs. It is designed to enhance self-service capabilities, allowing businesses to easily discover and integrate the APIs that best fit their needs.

Partner Connections Tab

CLEARVIEW's partner offering includes seamless integrations with third-party applications, which enables you to extend the functionality of CLEARVIEW and tailor it to your specific requirements. These integrations are carefully tested and verified to ensure compatibility and reliability, providing customers with an efficient experience.

The page is essentially an ecosystem of hand-picked third-party applications that you can subscribe to. The subscribed applications can then be integrated with CLEARVIEW so that data is shared between the two, without the need to export it from one application and import it into the other.

Only a Billing Authorized user A user that has been authorized to enable features that may have additional costs associated to them. can establish and manage Partner Connections and API Connections.

The following information is displayed on the page:

  • The name/logo of the partner.

  • A brief description of the third-party application offered by the partner.

  • The status of the partner integration.

    • A green Connected button indicates that your organization is subscribed to and integrated with the partner.

    • A blue Learn more button indicates that your organization does not have the partner integrated with CLEARVIEW.

      Clicking on the Learn more button provides you with more information on the partner's product/service, and the steps to be followed to activate the integration.

TO ACTIVATE A CONNECTION WITH A SUPPORTED THIRD-PARTY APP:

  1. Open the Clearview Connections page.

  2. Click on the Learn more button next to the app you want to activate.

  3. Click on Step 1 in the Partner Details pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview. to learn more about the third-party application.

  4. In the Manage Clearview Connections pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview.:

    1. Select Yes next to (Undefined variable: Prompts.Are you currently subscribed to our partner's services?) once you have subscribed to the service on the partner's website/application.

    2. Click on the Download button to download the implementation guide for the partner's application.

    3. Follow the steps in the downloaded implementation guide.

      The implementation guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure CLEARVIEW for a successful connection to the partner. All the steps in the implementation guide must be completed before connecting to the partner.

    4. Once you have completed all the steps in the implementation guide, select Yes next to (Undefined variable: Prompts.Have you completed the steps in the implementation guide?)

    5. Click on the Download button to download the Partner Data Sharing Agreement (PDSA).

      The PDSA provides you details on the data required to be shared between the partner and CLEARVIEW to function with minimal input. You need to agree to allow the partner and CLEARVIEW to share data in the next step.

    6. Once you have read the Partner Data Sharing Agreement (PDSA), select Yes next to (Undefined variable: Prompts.Do you authorize the sharing of all data listed in the PDSA?) to confirm that you agree to the terms of the PDSA.

    7. Click on the Generate button to generate your key for the partner's application.

    8. Copy the key and provide it to your partner contact. Once the key is entered into the partner's application, the partner application and CLEARVIEW will be connected and able to share the required data.

TO DEACTIVATE A CONNECTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY APP:

  1. Open the Clearview Connections page.

  2. Click on the Connected button next to the app you want to deactivate.

  3. Click on the Deactivate button in the Manage Clearview Connections pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview..

  4. Click on the OK button in the confirmation request pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview..

API Connections Tab

The API Connections tab is a user-friendly hub designed to provide everything you need to establish and manage API connections efficiently. It provides Billing Authorized users with a streamlined interface to view, select, and purchase various CLEARVIEW API services. This intuitive page is designed to enhance the API experience, offering secure and efficient ways to access and manage essential data. With several powerful API options, CLEARVIEW empowers businesses to drive productivity and efficiency.

    1. Select Yes next to Would you like to subscribe to this API?

    2. Click on the Download button to download the connection guide for the API.

    3. Follow the steps in the downloaded connection guide.

      The connection guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure CLEARVIEW for a successful connection to the API. All the steps in the connection guide must be completed before connecting to the API.

    4. Once you have completed all the steps in the implementation guide, select Yes next to Have you read the Connection Guide and are ready to connect?.

    5. Click on the Connect button to generate your credentials for the API.
