API Connections provides users with an intuitive, streamlined experience to access, purchase, and connect APIs. It is designed to enhance self-service capabilities, allowing businesses to easily discover and integrate the APIs that best fit their needs.

Partner Connections Tab
CLEARVIEW's partner offering includes seamless integrations with third-party applications, which enables you to extend the functionality of CLEARVIEW and tailor it to your specific requirements. These integrations are carefully tested and verified to ensure compatibility and reliability, providing customers with an efficient experience.
The page is essentially an ecosystem of hand-picked third-party applications that you can subscribe to. The subscribed applications can then be integrated with CLEARVIEW so that data is shared between the two, without the need to export it from one application and import it into the other.
The following information is displayed on the page:

The name/logo of the partner.

A brief description of the third-party application offered by the partner.

The status of the partner integration.

A green
button indicates that your organization is subscribed to and integrated with the partner. -
A blue
button indicates that your organization does not have the partner integrated with CLEARVIEW.Clicking on the
button provides you with more information on the partner's product/service, and the steps to be followed to activate the integration.

TO ACTIVATE A CONNECTION WITH A SUPPORTED THIRD-PARTY APP:

Open the Clearview Connections page.

Click on the Learn more button next to the app you want to activate.

Select Yes next to (Undefined variable: Prompts.Are you currently subscribed to our partner's services?) once you have subscribed to the service on the partner's website/application.

Click on the
button to download the implementation guide for the partner's application. -
Follow the steps in the downloaded implementation guide.
The implementation guide provides step-by-step instructions to configure CLEARVIEW for a successful connection to the partner. All the steps in the implementation guide must be completed before connecting to the partner.

Once you have completed all the steps in the implementation guide, select Yes next to (Undefined variable: Prompts.Have you completed the steps in the implementation guide?)

Click on the Partner Data Sharing Agreement (PDSA).
button to download theThe PDSA provides you details on the data required to be shared between the partner and CLEARVIEW to function with minimal input. You need to agree to allow the partner and CLEARVIEW to share data in the next step.

Once you have read the Partner Data Sharing Agreement (PDSA), select Yes next to to confirm that you agree to the terms of the PDSA.

Click on the
button to generate your key for the partner's application. -
Copy the key and provide it to your partner contact. Once the key is entered into the partner's application, the partner application and CLEARVIEW will be connected and able to share the required data.
