A menu product mix is the equivalent of a sub-category, into which menu items can be classified. The Menu Product Mix page lets you view/manage the menu product mix labels for your organization.

To access Menu Product Mix settings:

  1. Click on on the quick links Located at the top right corner of a page, it contains icons that allow you to quickly access important pages. bar from any page.

  2. In the Settings window:

    Settings associated to a page automatically show in the List box. If the setting that you want to access is in the List box, you can skip step a.

    1. Select Menu from the Filter drop-down list.

    2. Click on Menu Product Mix from the List box in the left pane.

ClosedView Details of a Menu Product Mix

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Click on the name of the menu Product Mix that you want to view.

  3. The following details are displayed in the Update Product Mix window:

    • Product Mix Code: The unique reference number assigned to the menu product mix for easy identification.

    • Description: The name of the menu product mix.

    • Product Group: The menu product group under which the menu product mix is classified.

    • Report Sequence: The order in which the menu product mix will appear in reports.

      Menu product mix Sub-categories into which menu items can be grouped. with the same Report Sequence will appear in alphabetical order.

ClosedCreate a New Menu Product Mix

Only organizations not subscribed to the inventory module have access to create menu product mix. Please contact your CLEARVIEW Support Team to create menu product mix if you don't have access.

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Click on the Create* button.

  3. In the Create Product Mix window:

    1. Enter the name of the menu product mix in Description.

    2. Select the menu Product Group under which you want to classify it from the drop-down list.

    3. Enter a number in Report Sequence to set the order in which the menu product mix will appear in reports.

      Setting the Report Sequence to 0 will exclude the menu product mix from reports.

    4. Click on the Create button.

ClosedEdit a Menu Product Mix

Only organizations not subscribed to the inventory module have access to edit menu product mix. Please contact your CLEARVIEW Support Team to edit menu product mix if you don't have access.

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Click on the name of the menu product mix that you want to edit.

  3. In the Update Product Mix window:

    1. Change the Description of the menu product mix, if required.

    2. Change the menu Product Group under which it is classified if required.

    3. Change the Report Sequence to change the order in which the menu product mix will appear in reports.

      Change the Report Sequence to 0 to exclude the menu product mix Sub-categories into which menu items can be grouped. from reports, and to any other number to include it in product mix reports.

    4. Click on the Update* button.

ClosedChange the Menu Product Group for Multiple Product Mix

Only organizations not subscribed to the inventory module have access to edit menu product mix. Please contact your CLEARVIEW Support Team to edit menu product mix if you don't have access.

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Select the menu Product Group from the drop-down list* for each of the menu product mix that you want to change.

  3. Click on the Update* button.

  4. Click on the OK button in the confirmation pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview..

ClosedDelete a Menu Product Mix

Only organizations not subscribed to the inventory module have access to delete menu product mix. Please contact your CLEARVIEW Support Team to delete menu product mix if you don't have access.

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Click on the name of the menu product mix that you want to delete.

  3. In the Update Product Mix window:

    1. Click on the Delete* button.

    2. Click on the OK button in the confirmation request pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview..

ClosedAudit a Menu Product Mix

Only organizations not subscribed to the inventory module have access to audit View a detailed list of changes made. menu product mix.

  1. Go to Menu Product Mix settings.

  2. Click on the name of the menu product mix that you want to edit.

  3. Click on the Audit* button in the Update Product Mix window.
