• Start time: Set the earliest time an employee would be scheduled to start.

• Opens At: Set when the restaurant opens for business.

• Closes At: Set when the restaurant closes for the day.

  For Holidays, set the hours assuming the restaurant is open on the holiday. We'll configure which holidays your restaurant is open in the next step.
