The Weather report lists the weather conditions and any special events as entered into CLEARVIEW for the period selected.

The information in this report is compiled from data entered in the Weather and Special Events fields in the General Information* or Overview* section of the Daily Entry > Banking Information page.

The following information is displayed for the Area*, Store and Period selected using the filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. at the top of the page:

  • Store*: The name of the store that recorded the weather and special events.

  • Date*: The date for which the weather and/or special event was recorded.

  • Weather: The weather conditions that were recorded for the day.

  • Special Events: A special event on the day (if any) that might have impacted sales.

Weather and special events can be edited through the Daily Entry > Banking Information page.

TO VIEW A WEATHER REPORT:

  1. Open the Weather page.

  2. Select the Area* and Store for which you want to view the report from the drop-down list(s).

  3. Select the Period for which you want to view the report from the drop-down list.

    While ~~~ Live ~~~* is available as an option for some stores, data is not available live for this page and hence a live report will not generate.

  4. Select the specifics of the period* (Date*, Year*, Week Ending*, Month*, From*, To*) from the drop-down list(s).

  5. Click on the Go button.
