The Employee Event Calendar provides you with a calendar of employee events (birthdays, reviews, time-off, etc.) for the month.
The Employee Event Calendar page may be reached through:

TO VIEW THE EMPLOYEE EVENT CALENDAR FOR A MONTH:

Open the Employee Event Calendar page.
 - 
                                                            
Select the Area* and Store for which you want to view the event calendar from the drop-down list(s).
 - 
                                                            
Select the Year and Month for which you want to view the event calendar from the drop-down lists.
 - 
                                                            
Select the format in which you would like the employee names displayed, from the Employee Name Format drop-down list.
 - 
                                                            
Remove the checkmark for the types of events you don't want included in the calendar.
 - 
                                                            
Click on the Go button.
 
The following information is displayed on the page:
- 
                                                    
The name of the employee listed on the event date.
The colour of the text that the name of the employee is displayed indicates the type of event.
- 
                                                                
Blue text indicates it's the employee's birthday.
 - 
                                                                
Green text indicates that the employee's review is due on that date.
 - 
                                                                
Pink text indicates that the employee's certification expires on that date.
 - 
                                                                
Brown text indicates that the employee is due for an award on that date.
 - 
                                                                
Red text indicates that the employee applied for time off for that date.

The symbol next to the time off request indicates the status of the time off request. See the key at the bottom of the page.

Clicking on a name in the calendar will open the electronic employee file at the tab relevant to the event listed in the calendar.
