Store Hours
Setting your open hours will ensure you have the right people at the right time. Use the Store Hours to indicate when you open and close to guests, and the earliest time your team would start their day.
Employee Roster
An up to date employee roster will ensure you are only assigning shifts to current team members. Adding new members, and inactivating those that are no longer part of your organization will help make sure the right people are scheduled at the right time.
Employee Availability
Accurate availability is crucial to avoiding schedule conflicts. Set available hours or restrictions to ensure team members aren't being scheduled when they are unavailable.
Job & Pay
Accurate job and pay records are key to labour cost reporting and predictions. Verify that all employees have their job titles and pay rates correctly listed. This ensures that the system assigns the right roles when scheduling, and that the labor costs are accurate with up-to-date pay rates.
Skill Level
