The Print Count Sheet page provides printable versions of the count sheets with the count fields left blank. Once printed, these count sheets can be used by employees performing the physical counts as a reference and filled in using a pen or pencil.
The Print Count Sheet page is only meant to be printed, and counts cannot be entered on this page. Once it's printed, the physical count completed and penned into the printed sheets, the information must be entered into CLEARVIEW by creating a count.
The following information is displayed for the Area*, Store, Date and Count Sheet selected using the filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. at the top of the page:

Item: The name of the inventory item.

Count: Space to enter the count as per the method (package size).

Per Method: Also referred to as Count Method, it is the package size of the inventory item.
TO PRINT A COUNT SHEET:

Open the Print Count Sheet page.

Select the Area*, Store, Date and the name of the Count Sheet that you want to print.

Click on the Go button.

Click on and then follow the instructions in the print dialog box.
