The Raw Demand page provides the forecasted and actual demand for each item in the production chart for the period selected.
The Raw Demand page is reached through the View Raw Demand button in generated Production Charts.
To change the parameters of the chart, use the filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. at the top of the page and then click on the Go button.
The following information is displayed on the page:

Chart name: The name of the production chart for which the raw demand is displayed.

Date: The date for which the raw demand is displayed.

Items: The name of the inventory or menu item for which the raw demand is displayed.

Chart Interval: The length of each period for which the raw demand is displayed.
The default Chart Interval is that selected in the production chart controls.

Start Time: The start time for which the raw demand chart was generated.

End Time: The end time for which the raw demand chart was generated.

Show Decimals: Yes indicates that the demand figures are not rounded, whereas No indicates that the demand figures are rounded up.

Chart Results: Indicates which fields (checkmarked) are displayed in the chart.

Item: The name of inventory item or menu item.
-
Time: The start time of the period for which the raw demand is displayed.

UOM (Unit Of Measurement): The unit of measurement in which the demand is displayed.

Forecast*: The forecasted demand for the period.

Actual*: The actual sales for the period.
This data is available only if the time period is completed.

# Difference*: The difference between the forecasted demand and the actual sales.
# Difference = Actual - Forecast
This data is available only if the time period is completed.

% Difference*: How much of the forcasted demand did the actual sales meet.
% Difference = # Difference / Forecast
This data is available only if the time period is completed.
